The nomination of one (1) delegate and one (1) alternate delegate from Teamsters Local 289 to the 2021 International Brotherhood of Teamsters Convention to be held June 21-25, 2021 in Las Vegas, NV was held on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the Teamster Union Hall in Minneapolis, MN.  Mike DeBuck was nominated for the position as delegate.  Brother DeBuck was unopposed and was elected to the position of delegate.  Paul Masica was nominated for the position as alternate delegate.  Brother Masica was unopposed and was elected to the position of alternate delegate.
